You are obviously not a lawyer, so don't act like one. The casino not only has a foot to stand on, but the guy has NO foot, nor the correct word...leg...to stand on at all. It is very common knowledge the if there is a malfunction, they will do an INDEPDENT audit to determine if it is a true winner or not, and if it isn't, then there is no payout. (usually, as in this case, the casino offers something, but they do not legally have to.) In this case, it was OBVIOUSLY a malfunction, since the game cannot pay out that much.
