There's no debate as to how fast Ubuntu is in comparison to Windows, but quite frankly it looks like ***** compared to Vista. And I'm not talking about transparency or animations; Compix/Beryl focuses too much on that ***** when all that is needed is general polish. The one thing that always stands out to me is the fonts; they just look AWFUL. Beside that, all the themes remind of Windows 95.
