It isn't about how much they charge, I find that quite fair. It is about when they charge customers for services (like backing up a HDD when data loss would be their fault). Also I find that charging to send a system out to be repaired, which takes the computer away from the customer for sometimes long periods of time, when they can do the work right there is absurd.
