Seems to me Woz is at least guilty of mutilating the bills, which is illegal. The sheets he gets cost more than the value of the bills because they are meant to stay as sheets and be held by collectors, not to be cut apart by the owner when the need to spend money comes along. Or to think of it differently, just as you are not permitted to take pinking shears to the edges of the bills you get out of the ATM machine, Woz is not allowed to put perforations at the edges of his bills and then rip them apart as needed. So while the reaction from the government seems extreme, it isn't completely off. These laws bring consistency in the bills and allow machines such as automatic money counters to work without getting gummed up.

That straw poll used diebold machines. And they conveniently had some kind of malfunctions. *rolls eyes* Media said RP didn't win even though he had the most supporters because many of them came from other states. As if the candidate that can get thousands of people from other states can't get people from Iowa itself. *rolls eyes some more*

Some groups were trying to dissolve the polling locations in casinos. Their reasoning had something to do with migratory workers, or some BS like that. What it would have done, is prevent a large percentage of Las Vegas workers from voting due to lack of polling locations near their place of employment.
