I'm not exactly sure where you're coming from with the Microsoft comment, but I believe you're right; if you asked Dr. Paul about those issues, he'd probably tell you that Microsoft can do whatever it chooses to do, and so can ISP's. Reason: the federal government has no right to dictate what businesses in a free market economy can and can't do, so long as their actions don't conflict with existing laws.

No. If the screen shows you win without any visible malfunctions, you win. No way a casino should be allowed to say there was a glitch in the software that you can't verify(who knows if they even can). I think it's sad if a judge would even let a casino claim malfunction.
