This happened to someone in Oklahoma at a tribal casino. He tried to get the fed involved but they said it was a state matter. The state said they had no jurisdiction since it was on tribal lands, so he would have to sue in tribal court. He sued and went before a tribal judge. The tribal judge (a part-time job) was also the manager at the casino where it happened. He lost. Appeal denied.

Casinos are great at taking your money but when they screw up, they sure don't want to pay it out!

Just came from the theater. Casino Royale was excellent. Probably the best James Bond since Connery. Definately better than all other recent efforts!
