Well maybe the INS official should lose his citizenship. Make him forcibly leave the country. That'll show that bastard. Now that I think about it, that really isn't too much punishment, now is it??
He makes a fair point. If the slot machine errors in the customers favor the casino refuses to pay. If the slot machine errors in the casino's favor the customer should be able to get their money back. Its not gambling if the machine is broken and will never pay.
