While I agree I only agree for a raffle. I have no sympathy for gambling institutions. Unless they can show HE caused the malfunction I say they should pay up. its GAMBLING after all they gambled and this time THEY LOST. another angle someone stated earlier, if the slot machine could malfunction when you win, does it mean it could (and has happened) malfunction when you lose? and when it malfunction and as a result of that, you lose, how would you ever know? so, if a casino could gain money in the event of a loss due to malfunction, shouldn't the casino also pay up for win due to malfunction?
